Skill development plays an important role in creating better opportunities for youth and communities. Practical vocational and technical training can help individuals develop useful skills, improve job readiness and build confidence for the future.
Barpathar Advance Skill Training Society works to promote skill development and practical learning opportunities for youth and communities. Through vocational training, technical education and employability-focused initiatives, the organization aims to support individuals in developing capabilities that can contribute to sustainable livelihoods.
The organization also encourages digital literacy, computer education and awareness of emerging technologies to help learners become better prepared for a changing employment environment.
